The Beaver Colony is the first section of the Scout Group and the youngest section in our family. Beaver Scouts are young people aged between 6 and 8 years old.
Our Colony follows a traditional model of Scouting with a mixture of formal and ceremonial aspects and modern and fun aspects. Our activities concentrate a lot on making friends and trying new things. We encourage joining in and being creative using a varied activity program. Some of our activities are physical like sports and athletics, some are adventurous activities like sailing and hiking.
